You may return an item only if it arrives faulty or damaged, due to the intimate nature of ourproducts and strict hygiene standards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept change-of-mindreturns, even if the item remains unopened.

If your request is approved, we'll provide you with the return address and instructions.Please ensure the item is securely packaged and sent using a trackable shipping methodOnce we receive and inspect the product, we'l issue a replacement or refund in accordancewith our Returns & Refund Policy.
We currently ship within New Zealand only
Your order can be delivered anywhere in New Zealand_including rural addresses, whichmay require a little extra time. At this stage, we don't offer intemational shipping.
